Clamps with V-shaped ring profile, intended for connecting parts of the exhaust system, watsgates, down pipes. All clamps and flanges are made of AISI304 grade stainless steel. To ensure a long life cycle our clamps have a range of traits:

• Flanges are equipped with a “male/female” docking surface, that ensures the correct alignment during the installation.
• The side of the butt weld on the flange has a small riffle that allows for a better alignment of the flange and the pipe prior to welding.
• The 3 segment flange allows to optionally distribute the force.
• Self locking nut.

• Exhaust system metal hose for autonomous heaters.
  A type of metal hose that has high plasticity and elasticity, with small tolerance for crushing. Manufactured from AISI304 stainless steel.

There are 3 types of compensators for every step of pressure and nominal diameter, with separation of low, medium and high degree of movement compensation, possible adaptation for individual requirements.

Metal hose, flexible pipeline designed to bend and transport liquid and gaseous median at temperatures that vary form -270°С to +650°С with working pressure that varies from vacuum to 350 bar, as well as to compensate the deformations originated from temperature and installation flaws of solid pipelines.

Ductile Metal hose with 2S type lock, with average flexibility, high tear and crush tolerance and low gas permeability.

Depending on the execution, the product is used as a flexible element of exhaust systems for mechanical protection of the cables, hoses and as pipeline for transportation of dry and gaseous medians.

Tight hose with 1S or 2S type lock, round, springy, highly flexible, includes PVC coating. Depending on the execution, the product is used for protection or armoring of the main wiring, shower hoses etc.

An important element in the construction of any high pressure hose. Its functions in the structure are the following:

• Prevention of axial elongation and radial expansion of the hose when it is under pressure or any tensile force.
• Increases the overall stability of the hose structure.

It is impossible to picture a modern engine without systems that reduce the environmentally harmful substances. EGR system alone reduces the amount of harmful substances entering the catalytic converter by 50%. Because of this, most modern vehicles are equipped with EGR valves and EGR system coolers despite having a catalytic converter. The components of EAG are made of heat-resistant and anti-corrosion materials; therefore, they ensure a long life cycle even in the most extreme conditions.

Considering that the oxygen sensor operates in extreme conditions, a properly functioning oxygen sensor lays the foundation for the reliable work of the engine, therefore providing fuel efficiency and reduction of harmful emissions as well as ensuring the optimal composition of the exhaust gases.
